Ecorusmetal Ltd. was founded in 2006. The target was to build up in Russia modern lead battery and accumulators recycling plant that will reach the high standards required by Russia and European environmental authorities and customers. The plant is built in Slantsy town, Leningrad-region. This area has well developed infrastructure and industrial base.
The plant will start production in IV quarter 2009 years. Total production capacity is up to 30 000 tons of old lead batteries annually. With volume of investments more than 700 million RUR. is planned to construct the first turn of factory for 1,5 years. We are interested in preliminary arrangements on delivery of raw materials used in technological process of processing of the fulfilled storage batteries.

These products are sold all over the Europe and Russia - mainly to the battery producers but also to other companies. See "Our Partners" section. The battery acid is neutralized.
Our target is to give our contribution into environment protection of the Russia regions by collecting the old batteries from the market end recycle them into the high quality raw material that will reach the quality requirements of our customers and partners.
